34D. Sections 34B and 34C to override other laws.- Any appointment or removal of a director or executive officer in pursuance of section 34B or section 34 C shall have effect notwithstanding anything the contrary contained in the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), or any other law for the time being in force or any contract or any other instrument.    |
