40. Executive and other Committees.- Subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed, the State Veterinary Council may constitute an Executive Committee and other Committees for exercising any power or discharging any duty of the State Veterinary Councilor for inquiring into, reporting with respect to, or advising on, any matter which the State Veterinary Council may refer to them.    |
