The Indian Antarctic Act, 2022 49. Report to Committee of offences.- Where an offence under this Act has been committed, the officer designated by the Committee or the head of a station in Antarctica or an Operator shall immediately report to the Committee of such offence and thereafter, the Committee shall transmit it to the Central Government for necessary action.    |
