The Indian Antarctic Act, 2022 13. Permit for discharge into sea.- No vessel shall, while in Antarctica, discharge into the sea any oil or oily mixture, effluent, bilge water or any food waste except in accordance with a permit or the written authorisation of another Party to the Protocol.    |
