Indian Aircraft Act, 1934 1.Short title and extent :- (1) This Act may be called the Indian Aircraft Act, 1934. {Subs. by the A.O.1950, for the former sub-section (2).} [(2) It extends to the whole of India { The words "except the State of Hyderabad" rep.by Act 3 of 1951, s.3 and Sch } and applies also--- (a) to citizens of India wherever they may be; and (b) to, and to the persons on, aircraft registered in India whoever they may be.]    |
