Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare) Notification New Delhi, September 10th, 2018 S.O. 4715(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017 (16 of 2017), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of September, 2018, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
