Hire-Purchase Act, 1972 15. Obligation of hirer in respect of use of goods.- If the hirer makes any use of the goods to which the hire-purchase agreement relates which is not according to the conditions of the agreement, the hirer shall be liable to make compensation to the owner for any damage arising to the goods from or during such use.    |
