Electoral rolls of constituencies.- (1) The electoral rolls of the constituencies of the existing States shall, on and from the commencement of this Act, be deemed to be the electoral rolls of the constituencies of the same name in the new State and shall continue in force until such rolls are revised, or fresh rolls are prepared, in accordance with law. 2* * * * * *    |
