39. Annual Report. (1) The Annual Report of a corresponding University shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor and submitted to the Board at least one month before the annual meeting at which it is to be considered. (2) The Board shall, after consideration of the Annual Report, forward a copy thereof to the appropriate Government. (3) On receipt of a copy of the Annual Report referred to in sub-section (1), the appropriate Government shall cause a copy of such Report, together with its comments thereon, to be laid before the State Legislature. (4) Notwithstanding the dissolution of the existing University, the Annual Report of the existing University for the year 1969-70 shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor of the Punjab Agricultural University and the Board of that University shall, after consideration of the Annual Report, forward a copy thereof to the appropriate Government.    |
