24. Procedure as to lapsing of Bills.- (1) A Bill pending in the Legislative Assembly of 1[the Union territory] shall not lapse by reason of the prorogation of the Assembly. (2) A Bill which is pending in the Legislative Assembly of 1[the Union territory] shall lapse on a dissolution of the Assembly.    |
