Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act,1992 1. Short title and commencement. — (1) This Act may be called the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act 1992. (2) Sections 11 to 14 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into fore on the 19th day of June, 1992.    |
