The Foreign Aircraft (Exemption from Taxes and Duties on Fuel and Lubricants) Act, 2002

1. Short title and extent.-

(1) This Act may be called the Foreign Aircraft (Exemption from Taxes and Duties on Fuel and Lubricants) Act, 2002.

(2) It extends to the whole of India.
