Chapter III Powers and Functions of The Corporation 13. General duty of the Corporation.- It shall be the general duty of the Corporation to carry on and promote trade, business and industry in Faridabad, to assist in the rehabilitation of displaced persons settled therein and to manage and develop the property of the Union vested in the Corporation.    |
