10A. Offences to be Cognizable and Bailable
Notwithstanding anything contained in [ 63 the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) 63 ] every offence punishable under
this Act shall be 64 cognizable [ 65 and non- bailable
65 ] 62 ].
