Electricity Act, 2003 147. Penalties not to affect other liabilities.- The penalties imposed under this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, any liability in respect of payment of compensation or, in the case of a licensee, the revocation of his licence which the offender may have incurred.    |
