Librarians: 11. (1) Every Librarian shall be appointed by the Board on the recommendations of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose under Statute 18 and he shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University. (2) Every Librarian shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Vice-Chancellor.    |
