45. Power to make rules.- (1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the manner of service of notice under this Act; (b) the procedure to be followed by courts for hearing suits, applications or other legal proceedings and in executing decrees or order is passed by such courts; (c) the manner in which courts may hold summary inquiry under this Act; (d) levy of court-fees and other fees for suits, applications and other proceedings under this Act; (e) the manner in which a controller may hold enquiry under Chapter IV; (f) any other matter which has to be, or may be, prescribed.    |
