48. Repeal and saving.- (1) The Defence of India Ordinance, 1962 (4 of 1962), and the Defence of India (Amendment) Ordinance, 1962 (6 of 1962), are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any rules made, anything done or any action taken under the Defence of India Ordinance, 1962 (4 of 1962), as amended by the Defence of India (Amendment) Ordinance, 1962 (6 of 1962) shall be deemed to have been made, done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 26th October, 1962.    |
