The Dam Safety Act, 2021 50. Power of Central Government to give directions.- The Central Government may give such directions, as it may consider necessary, to the State Government where that Government is the owner of the specified dam and to the owner of a specified dam in any other case for the effective implementation of the provisions of this Act.    |
