The Dam Safety Act, 2021 29. Responsibility of owner of specified dam.- Nothing contained in this Act shall be construed to absolve an owner of a specified dam of the duties, obligations or liabilities incidental to the construction, operation, maintenance and supervision of the dam or reservoir.    |
