CONFISCATION OF SALE-PROCEEDS OF SMUGGLED GOODS. –
Where
any smuggled goods are sold by a person having knowledge or reason to believe
that the goods are smuggled goods, the sale-proceeds thereof shall be liable to
confiscation.
