Enlargement of time – Where any period is fixed by or under these regulations or granted by a Bench, for the doing of any act, or filing of any documents or representation, the Bench, may, in its discretion, from time to time, enlarge such period, even though the period fixed by or under these regulations or granted by the Bench may have expired.    |
