Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 88. Amendment of section 202.- In section 202 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),- (a) the words "managing agent, secretaries and treasurers, or" shall be omitted; (b) for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
