Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 86. Amendment of section 199.- In section 199 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),- (a) the words ", the managing agent, secretaries and treasurers" shall be omitted; (b) for the figures and word ", 350 and 351", the word and figures "and 350" shall be substituted.    |
