Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 85. Amendment of section 198.- In section 198 of the principal Act,- (a) in sub-section (1),- (i) the words "managing agent, secretaries and treasurers or" shall be omitted; (ii) for the figures and word ", 350 and 351", the word and figures "and 350" shall be substituted; (iii) proviso shall be omitted; (b) in sub-section (4), in the Explanation, the figures "348, 352," shall be omitted.    |
