Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 76. Amendment of section 187B.- In section 187B of the principal Act, after sub-section (6), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:- "(7) The provisions of this section shall not apply on and after the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000.".    |
