Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 63. Amendment of section 153A.- Section 153A of the principal Act, shall be renumbered as sub-section (1) thereof and after sub-section (1) as so renumbered, the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:- "(2) The provisions of this section shall not apply on and after the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000.".    |
