Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 55. Amendment of section 144.- In section 144 of the principal Act, in sub-section (3),- a. for the words "fifty rupees", the words "five hundred rupees" shall be substituted; b. for the words "twenty rupees", the words "two hundred rupees" shall be substituted.    |
