Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 53. Amendment of section 142.- In section 142 of the principal Act,- a. in sub-section (1), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; b. in sub-section (2), for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
