Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 31. Amendment of section 75.- In section 75 of the principal Act, in sub-section (4),- a. for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; b. in the proviso, for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
