Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 28. Amendment of section 70.-In section 70 of the principal Act,- a. in sub-section (4), for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted; b. in sub-section (5), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
