Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 147. Amendment of section 302.- In section 302 of the principal Act,- (a) sub-section (3) shall be omitted; (b) in sub-section (5), for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (c) in sub-section (6), the words "managing agent or secretaries and treasurers," shall be omitted.    |
