Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 141. Amendment of section 294. In section 294 of the principal Act,- (a) sub-section (4) shall be omitted; (b) in sub-section (8),- (i) for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees'' shall be substituted; (ii) for the words "fifty rupees", the words "five hundred rupees" shall be substituted.    |
