Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 134. Amendment of section 276.- In section 276 of the principal Act,- (a) for the word "twenty" wherever it occurs, the word "fifteen" shall be substituted; (b) for the words "this Act" at both the places where they occur, the words, brackets and figures "the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000" shall be substituted.    |
