Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 114. Amendment of section 234.- In section 234 of the principal Act, in sub-section (4), in clause (a),- (a) for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted. (b) for the words "fifty rupees", the words "five hundred rupees" shall be substituted.    |
