Chpter VI Miscellanous 20. Penalties.- (1) If any person contravenes the provisions of section 12, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees. (2) Any person who attempts to contravene or abets the contravention of the provisions of section 12 shall be deemed to have contravened those provisions.    |
