Coinage Act, 2011
19. Offences to be
cognizable, bailable and no compoundable.-
Notwithstanding
anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974),
offences under this Act shall be cognizable and bailable, but shall not be
compoundable.
