Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929 8. Jurisdiction under this Act Notwithstanding anything contained in section 190 of the 11[Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973] no Court other than that of a 11[Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class] shall take cognizance of, or try, any offence under this Act.    |
