The Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 41. Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the State Government or the National Board or the National Registry or the State Board or the appropriate authority or any other officer authorised by the Central Government or the State Government or the National Board or the National Registry or the State Board or the appropriate authority for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.    |
