Part I Preliminary 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra State Act, 1953. (2) This Part and sections 43, 54, 58, 61, 62, 63, 64, 66 and 69 shall come into force at once, and all other provisions of this Act shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1953.    |
