The Actuaries Act, 2006 15. Settlement of disputes regarding election. - In case of any dispute regarding any election under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 12, the aggrieved person may make an application within thirty days from the date of the declaration of the result of the election to the Council which shall forward the same forthwith to the Central Government.    |
