Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 25. Repeal and saving (1) The Ear Drums and Ear Bones (Authority for Use for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1982 and the Eyes (Authority for Use for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1982 are hereby repealed. (2) The repeal shall, however, not affect the previous operation of the Acts so repealed or anything duly done or suffered thereunder.    |
