10. Librarian (1) The Librarian shall be appointed by the Board of Management on the recommendations of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose and he shall be a whole-time officer of the University. (2) The Librarian shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Board of Management.    |
