The Telecommunications Act, 2023 50. Act to apply for offence or contravention committed outside India.- This Act shall apply to any offence committed or contravention made outside India by any person if the act or conduct constituting such offence or contravention involves a telecommunication service provided in India, or telecommunication equipment or telecommunication network located in India.    |
