Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 67. Penalty where no specific penalty is provided. – Whoever contravenes any provisions of this Act for the contravention of which no punishment has been separately provided in any of the provisions of this Act, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.    |
