Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 8. Traveling allowances (1) The Chairman while on tour or on transfer (including the journey undertaken to join the Board or on the expiry of his term with Board to proceed to his home town) shall be entitled to the traveling allowances, daily allowances, transportation of personal effects and other similar matters at the same scale and the same rates as are prescribed in the High Court Judge (Traveling Allowances) Rules, 1956. (2) A member while on tour or on transfer (including the journey undertaken to join the Board or on the expiry of his term with the Board to proceed to his home town) shall be entitled to the traveling allowances, daily allowances, transportation of personal effects and other similar matters at the same scales and at the same rates as are applicable to a Group ‘A’ officer of the Central Government drawing an equivalent pay.    |
