35. Power to remove difficulties
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of
this Act or the rules, schemes or orders made thereunder, the Central Government
may, by notification, remove the difficulty:
PROVIDED that no such notification shall be made by the
Central Government after the expiry of a period of three years from the date on
which this Act receives the assent of the President.
