Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 30. Protection of action taken in good faith No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Board or the appellate authority, or the Chairman or any other member, officer or other employee of the Board or the appellate authority, or operating agency or any other person authorized by the Board or the appellate authority to discharge any function under this Act for any loss or damage caused or likely to be caused by any action which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.    |
