Sale of Goods Act, 1930

1. Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the ¹[***] Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

² [(2) It extends to the whole of India ³[except the State of Jammu and Kashmir].]

(3) It shall come into force on the lst day of July, 1930.
