Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 1. Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. (2) It extends to the whole of India. (3) This section shall come into force at once, and the remaining provisions of this Act shall came into force on such date or dates as the Central Government may, by notification in the Gazette of India, appoint.    |
